* Select either the July 8th, 9th, and 10th plan or the July 9th and 10th plan.
WHERE: Makuhari Messe International Conference Hall
FEE: 4000 yen
* Fees are the same for both plans
Post Conference Gathering Fee
July 8th (Fri) : 2000 yen
July 9th (Sat) : 3000 yen
There will be a post conference party after the program on the 8th and the 9th. If you would like to participate, please indicate when registering for the Student Meeting online. Payment for both the participation fee and the post conference party fee will be collected at the reception.
Registration: Register online between April 20th and May 15th
[limited to the leading graduate students]
* There is no limit to the number of participants but note that limitations may be set if it significantly exceeds the expected number of participants.
WHAT
Lectures by the guest speakers and idea generation workshops
LANGUAGE: English (parts in Japanese)
IMPORTANT: Please bring your laptop with you to the student meeting. Also, please note that participants will need to arrange for their own hotel and transportation.

会 場：幕張メッセ・国際会議場（千葉県）
参加費：4000円
※7/8・9・10参加プラン及び7/9・10参加プラン、いずれも同額
懇親会費： 7/8(金)　2000円 7/9(土)　3000円
7/8(金)・7/9(土)のプログラム終了後、懇親会を予定しております。
参加を希望される方はウェブサイトにて参加登録時にそれぞれお申し込みください。
参加費、懇親会費ともに当日受付にてお支払いください。

リーディング大学院生限定
※定員設定はありませんが、参加予定人数を大幅に上回る場合はプログラム毎に人数制限をさせて頂く可能性があります。
